Tariq Shawky stressed the political leadership’s interest in this year’s high school exams, which is the culmination of what the ministry prepared during the previous years to change the examination system, pointing out that the quality of the infrastructure was ensured, and that in order to avoid the fears of parents, a paper alternative was made, where it will be The exam is presented with a printed question book and a Babylon sheet, and corrected electronically, in addition to the presence of a tablet to record attendance electronically and browse books electronically for students who do not have a printed book.
The minister stressed adherence to the instructions announced by the ministry, noting the importance of the role of observers in the committee by making sure before the exam of the book accompanying the student and the tablet delivered by the ministry, and there was no kind of modification in it, as the tablet is withdrawn from the student if it turns out otherwise and he will not be allowed By entering the exam, stressing that there is no tolerance in the occurrence of any confusion inside or outside the committees with the aim of cheating or intimidating students in any way, and the central operations room of the ministry is immediately informed.
For his part, Dr. Reda Hijazi, Deputy Minister for Teachers' Affairs, explained that the high school exams are a national task in order to serve our students, stressing the directors of educational directorates and committee chairs to follow instructions and apply precautionary measures between students and maintain distances between students.
Hegazy pointed out the necessity of emphasizing the students to hand over the brochures of subjects that are not added to the total, and to notify them that in the event of non-delivery, the student’s assessment will be (failure to pass), and the head of the committee should write a case record for the student who did not deliver the brochures of subjects that are not added to the total and send them to the System and Monitoring Committee competent.

The ministry confirmed that students are allowed to bring the textbook only without any paper or attachments, but the student's notes are allowed in the book.
She explained that the student is obligated to deliver the question booklet and the answer sheet (Babel Sheet) intact according to the instructions, and in the event of damage to the answer sheet, the student is allowed to replace it with another new paper if he wishes to do so, provided that this is done within the time period allocated for the exam with the need to write a report and dispose of the paper damaged by the student.
The Ministry directed the directors of educational departments to provide (10) teachers or administrators in order to organize students outside the traffic committee and they do not have the right to enter the committee, in order to follow up the distance of students and parents outside the committee, in cooperation with the police personnel present in the vicinity of the committee, with the assignment of the oldest members to supervise them Preparing attendance and departure records for them.
The Ministry warned of the need to use the electronic stick in the following cases: (during the entry of students, inside the traffic sub-committees from 9.30 until 10 o’clock before distributing the exam brochures and focusing on the discs, half an hour after the start of the exam without affecting the discipline of the exam process).
She stressed the need to assign the development specialist to ensure that the tablet with the student is the tablet handed to him by the ministry (within the system) and is not hacked.
