"Education" participates in honoring 535 distinguished teachers from the Microsoft Innovative Teachers Program

The Ministry of Education and Technical Education, represented by the Quality and Information Technology Sector in the General Administration of E-Learning, honored the winning teachers in the Innovative Teachers Program launched by Microsoft.
In her speech, during the celebration, Dr. Fathia Khairi, Director General of the General Administration of E-Learning, expressed her happiness with this celebration, praising the role of the teacher in building generations and advancing the educational and educational process, explaining that distinguished teachers in this program deserve every appreciation and honor, as they are an example of patience, giving, creativity, achievement and perseverance. .
In his speech, Eng. Amr Al-Masry, Director of Education Sector at Microsoft Egypt, explained that the Microsoft Creative Expert Teacher Program began this year with the aim of qualifying distinguished teachers to lead change and digital transformation and train their colleagues to perform using technology and integrate it into the teaching and learning processes using the latest teaching strategies used in world for this goal, pointing out that more than 800 Egyptian teachers have applied to participate in the program, and 535 teachers have been selected according to several criteria, the most important of which are: From his colleagues on the use of technology in education, and for the teacher to provide evidence that he has provided the appropriate environment for his students to use technology, demonstrate their excellence and unleash their creativity.
For his part, Mahmoud Nassef, responsible for creative teachers, praised the Egyptian expert teachers who won this year, for applying what they passed in the program to their children, students of the schools in which they work, which had the greatest impact on them, stressing that Egyptian teachers obtained several advanced global positions during competitions and forums. Microsoft during the previous years, and the Microsoft programs that it produced specifically for this purpose, which are all within the Office 365 software and tools package, are among the most efficient and widely used programs in education, such as: Microsoft times–Microsoft sway–Microsoft OneNote, in addition to Office programs.
At the end of the celebration, some of the teachers present inside the Ministry’s general office were honored in the video conference hall, and teachers in all governorates of the Republic were honored in the presence of directors of technological development departments.
