"Education" organizes the Microsoft International Applications Competition to develop students' technological skills

The Ministry of Education and Technical Education organized the Microsoft Global Applications Competition (Championship MOS World) through the General Administration of E-Learning in the Quality and Information Technology Sector; This is due to the belief in the role played by the Ministry in enriching and spreading the culture of digital transformation, developing students’ technological skills and enhancing their creativity.

Dr. Fathia Khairy, Director General of the General Administration of E-Learning, confirmed that this competition targets students from the age of (13 to 18 years old) in different educational stages, and took place at the level of the Republic in the first (introductory) stage, in which nearly 3,500 students participated, who were liquidated to 2000 students. They were tested by the educational directorates.

Dr. Fathia Khairy explained that the best 150 students in the Republic will be selected in terms of the largest score obtained in the fastest time, noting that the final stage is in which final qualifying exams are conducted to select the best 6 students, by hosting the winning students in the Student Union building in Agouza in The period from Monday 20 June 2022 to Wednesday 22 June 2022.
