Education announces the start of mental and physical training for successful teachers in the “30,000 Teachers Competition” next Tuesday
The training program and procedures related to the tests are free of charge
The Ministry of Education and Technical Education announces the start of implementing mental and physical training for the successful teachers in the "30,000 Teachers Competition", as of Tuesday, corresponding to
May 9, 2023, for a period of three days, in the training halls of the educational directorates and departments, within the framework of the directives of Dr. (2297) for the year 2022 AD, amending some provisions of the executive regulations of Chapter Seven of the Education Law issued by the Prime Minister’s Resolution No. (428) for the year 2013 AD, and in accordance with the amended Article (4) regarding contracting for new teacher jobs, as it is not permissible to complete the contract except after passing the training selected.
In the interest of the Ministry of Education on the need for the teacher to enjoy the mental and physical fitness that helps him to perform his life and functional tasks effectively, the Ministry clarifies that the general goal of the program is the mental and physical rehabilitation of new teachers, and that the educational outcome of the training is to enhance the spirit of national belonging, and raise the mental and physical competence In addition to enhancing communication skills, in addition to preparing new teachers to pass the physical tests and personal interviews complementary to the training programme.
The ministry added that the training will take place through trainers accredited by the Professional Academy for Teachers, and physical education teachers who are nominated by the Direction of Physical Education will be used.
The Ministry indicated that the mental and physical rehabilitation program for new teachers will be implemented, through holding a meeting with the directors of training departments in educational directorates to present and discuss the training program, discuss implementation mechanisms, and then start implementing it in educational directorates and departments.
The training topics include, during the first day, developing the values of loyalty and national belonging, introducing national projects and fifth generation wars, while the second day includes physical rehabilitation and raising the physical competence of teachers, which will be implemented inside stadiums and sports arenas available in the governorates, and as for the third day, it includes training on communication and communication skills. Self-development, presentation skills, and passing the personal interview.
The Ministry confirms that the trainee is not considered to have completed the training program until after passing the complementary tests held by the concerned authority at a date following his training.
The Ministry also confirms that the training program and exam-related procedures will be free of charge and that no financial cost will be paid.
It is worth noting that Dr. Reda Hegazy directed the implementation of the educational rehabilitation program on Monday, March 13, 2023, for the successful teachers in the competition, which aimed to provide the participants with knowledge, skills, and attitudes towards practicing the teaching and learning processes, in order to qualify them educationally and train them in the teaching methods developed according to the new learning system.
