Under the patronage of Dr. Tarek Shawky, Minister of Education and Technical Education, the Ministry of Education and Technical Education celebrated today the graduation of students from the Egyptian Nile International Schools Class of 2022 at the Egyptian Opera House, in the presence of Dr. Reda Hegazy, Deputy Minister for Teachers’ Affairs, and Brigadier Tarek El-Baz, Head of the General Secretariat Sector and Chairman of the Board Management and Managing Director of Misr Company for Educational Management, Dr. Amani El-Far, Executive Director of the Misr Foundation for Educational Management, and a number of education leaders.
In a video speech, Dr. Tarek Shawky, Minister of Education and Technical Education welcomed the attendees and congratulated the graduating students, and apologized for attending this ceremony due to special circumstances, expressing his pride in the presence of parents and students; To celebrate the success of the Nile International Schools system, and its steps on the right path, wishing for the progress and expansion of these schools, which provide high quality education with Egyptian international standards, and expressing his appreciation to the graduates of these Egyptian International Schools.
For his part, Dr. Reda Hegazy, Deputy Minister for Teachers’ Affairs, said that in the context of the President’s interest in the process of developing the educational system inside Egypt, and introducing new educational systems, he directed his sovereignty to introduce the Nile educational system as one of the new educational systems, which would develop the education system within Egypt. Egypt, and stressed the need to expand the number of these schools and raise the level of their quality, as these schools are a national project that offers a distinguished, high-quality educational model, with subsidized expenses, and grants the student a globally recognized certificate equivalent to international certificates, and there are now 14 schools in the Republic of Egypt New schools are being built to implement the Nile educational system in all governorates of Egypt, while providing the necessary support for the project to ensure its success.
The Deputy Minister pointed out that the Nile International Certificate is an Egyptian certificate designed according to international standards under the supervision of the International Nile Certificate Unit at the Ministry of Education and Technical Education, in partnership with the International Examinations Authority at the British University of Cambridge. The requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and schools also qualify their graduates to join any Egyptian or international university.
Dr. Reda Hegazy concluded his speech by wishing the graduates of the Egyptian Nile International Schools success in their university and research life and to contribute to the development and advancement of the world through what they have learned and acquired from the skills of scientific research and critical and creative thinking, and thanked and appreciated those in charge of the Nile educational system.

Brigadier Tariq El-Baz reviewed the project and what it has reached now, pointing out that the Egyptian International Nile Schools project began in 2010 with the Education Development Fund headed by the Council of Ministers and continued until 2017 under the management of the Fund and the International Nile Certificate Unit, then the Misr Educational Management Company was established to take over The company manages the existing Egyptian Nile International Schools and is expanding in establishing 25 new schools, bringing the number of schools to 30, covering the governorates of Egypt, especially Upper Egypt.
He explained that the entire project’s dependency has already been transferred to the Ministry of Education and Technical Education, and the Misr Educational Management Company has taken over the management of the schools, which have so far reached 14, thanks to the great cooperation with the New Urban Communities Authority, noting that the company has taken serious steps since the first day to improve the product. education and providing the best educational means and distinguished academic services.
Brigadier Tariq El-Baz confirmed that the company's management also paid attention to the professional development of all school workers and cooperated greatly with the International Nile Certificate Unit, which trains all workers in the school system with training programs approved by the Cambridge Examinations Authority, and the company's management effort was evident in the great cooperation with the coordination department The Supreme Council of Universities and the organization of the process of registering students and coordinating them on the electronic system for coordination and activating the reduction of alienation, which was praised by many parents, and an e-learning system was also worked on in all schools at all stages, and the performance of schools was not affected during the Corona pandemic.

The curricula in these schools are reviewed by Egyptian and foreign consultants, as well as the periodic and continuous qualification of teachers in schools by the University of Cambridge, as well as university professors and specialists in the educational process, so that there is a guarantee of obtaining the highest possible quality of education.
