Dr. Ayman Mukhtar, Governor of Dakahlia, received this Monday morning, Dr. Reda Hegazy, Minister of Education and Technical Education, at the headquarters of the governorate’s general office, at the beginning of his visit to Dakahlia Governorate to follow up on the regularity of the second semester of the academic year 2023/2024.

This came in the presence of Dr. Haitham Al-Sheikh, Deputy Governor, Major General Yousry Salem, Assistant Minister for the Affairs of the General Authority for Educational Buildings, Professor Khaled Abdel Hakam, Head of the Central Administration for Educational Directorates Affairs, Brigadier Tariq Al-Baz, Head of the Central Administration for Finance and Investment, Dr. Mahmoud Hajjaj, Director of the General Administration for Support and Communication, and Professor Nasser Shaaban, Director of the Directorate. Education in Dakahlia, Engineer Hisham Attia, head of the Educational Buildings Authority in Dakahlia, and members of the Senate, Representative Tariq Abdel Hadi, Representative Tharwat Fateh al-Bab, and Professor Hazem Nasser, head of the Journalists Syndicate in Dakahlia.

Dr. Reda Hegazy expressed his happiness at visiting Dakahlia Governorate, and thanked the governor for his support for the educational system, developing schools, improving the educational process in the governorate, and his efforts to control and organize the academic year 2023/2024.

For his part, Dr. Ayman Mukhtar, Governor of Dakahlia, welcomed the visit of the Minister of Education and Technical Education, appreciating the efforts of Dr. Reda Hegazy in developing and controlling the educational system, and his continued support for the governorate.

The Governor extended his sincere thanks and appreciation to the Minister of Education for his efforts to develop the educational process and his continued support for Dakahlia in order to advance the educational process in the governorate.

Mukhtar said that Dakahlia Governorate witnessed during the past ten years a significant expansion in the number of schools that were established and developed.

The minister and governor are scheduled to hold a meeting with educational leaders in the governorate and open and inspect a number of schools in the governorate.
