The Minister of Education and the Governor of Sharkia are discussing ways to develop the educational process

Dr. Reda Hegazy, Minister of Education and Technical Education, received Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, Governor of Sharkia, to discuss ways to develop the educational process, and the governorate’s preparations for the new academic year 2023/2024.

Dr. Reda Hegazy and Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab reviewed the governorate's preparations for the new academic year 2023/2024, and the measures taken to maintain educational buildings and schools before the start of the school year.

The two sides also discussed procedures for opening the School of Excellence for Science and Technology (STEM) in the city of Faqous during the academic year 2024/2025 and the expansion of the number of schools in the governorate, as well as ways to bridge the teacher deficit and activate school support groups in various parts of the governorate.

The meeting also dealt with ways to activate and maximize the role of the Rehabilitation Center for People with Special Needs in the 10th of Ramadan City and the services it provides, during which all international standards are observed.
