The Ministry of Education and Technical Education held a meeting with the directors of the departments of official and distinguished schools for languages at the level of the Republic, headed by Mohamed Attia, head of the central administration for education with expenses, and in the presence of Fatima Zahraa Ezz El-Din, Director General of the General Administration of official and distinguished schools for languages.

At the beginning of the meeting, Mohamed Attia welcomed the attendees and conveyed to them the greetings of Dr. Reda Hegazy, Minister of Education and Technical Education, thanking the directors of educational departments for their cooperation and hard work to solve problems in the field and work to improve the educational process.

The head of the Central Department of Education, with expenses, stressed the keenness to pay attention to the distinguished official schools for languages at the level of the Republic, and to provide them with distinguished educational services for students to return to their previous era, and to contribute to making them attractive to teachers, pointing to the importance of everyone’s cooperation and solidarity during the next stage to achieve this goal.

The head of the Central Administration for Education stressed the need to develop solutions to fill the deficit in the number of teachers, and to carry out transformational training for teachers who have academic qualifications while working that qualify them to work as teachers of school subjects, work in the volunteer system, paid work, and public service.
as a proposal to plug the deficit; Encouraging teachers to adhere to trainings that raise their sustainable professional development.

The meeting discussed a number of important points. To organize work during the next stage, and to propose solutions and alternatives to facilitate work within schools, among them, discussing the amendment of Ministerial Resolution No. (285) of 2014.

As for the kindergarten stage, the meeting dealt with the completion of coordination work and the placement of students, according to the number of applicants and the available places, and confirmation of the readiness of the classrooms, and work to establish a mechanism for transfers between schools, in addition to the numbers expected to be accepted in the kindergarten stage in communication with the concerned authorities, in preparation for the next academic year. .

The meeting also discussed emphasizing the follow-up of the effectiveness of the trainings that were carried out by the Education First Foundation for kindergarten teachers, activating the continuous follow-up of schools from kindergarten to the secondary stage, identifying problems and working to solve them.

The meeting also stressed the discipline of the educational process in the distinguished official schools for languages, adherence to the attendance and departure times and the study plan set by the Ministry, and paying attention to the morning queue and saluting the flag to instill the spirit of citizenship and belonging among students and activating the school radio with targeted topics, as well as following all precautionary measures, and activating follow-up on all notebooks inside the school.

And activate all the activities within the schools, and activate educational seminars through community participation to contribute to raising moral and behavioral values such as (respect - cleanliness ...).

During the meeting, Fatima Al-Zahra emphasized the activation of the supervision role during the school day in order to ensure the safety and security of students, and to follow all precautionary measures and activate the isolation room in order to ensure the health of students, and to emphasize general hygiene in schools, personal hygiene, and periodic cleaning of toilets.

The attendees discussed emphasizing positive behaviors and promoting lofty moral values such as tolerance and acceptance of the other, rejecting abnormal behaviors, developing language capabilities for all languages within schools and activating them inside and outside the classroom, and emphasizing the activation of the role of the social and psychological worker in the school.

In the same context, a proposal was presented for the governance of official schools, languages, and distinguished languages, at the level of the Republic, in order to activate a special database for those schools.
