The circular stipulated that all educational directorates and competent departments in the Ministry’s General Office, and affiliated bodies, take the necessary steps towards the following: With regard to student affairs and the exercise of activities, the obligation to stop transfers for third-grade secondary students, except through the General Administration of Secondary Education in the Ministry’s General Office, for necessary cases Which only requires that, and organizing school trips for students to visit national projects to introduce them to what has been accomplished on the ground of these projects, and to develop their spirit of loyalty and belonging, in addition to acquiring self-learning skills and enriching their culture and knowledge of current events at all levels, through research and study. And direct viewing, in addition to applying the second phase of the sports day, as well as the cultural and artistic day in schools, and viewing periods by adding the second (25%) of schools at the level of each educational department, so that the first semester ends with the application of (50%) of schools, And the continuation of activating activities and events related to awareness of environmental and climate issues until the end of the school year, in addition to activating the weekly electronic registration of absences. For all students of all educational levels, especially students with preparatory and general secondary certificates.
With regard to the affairs of teachers: the periodic book stated that the activity teacher should be allowed to work in the class, according to the deficit and increase, and coverage of the sports and cultural day in schools, and the activation of the communication and support unit for teachers in the educational directorates and dealing seriously with any complaints received by the unit, and discussing them with the aim of finding appropriate solutions for them, and removing all obstacles. and the difficulties faced by teachers.

As for controlling the course of the educational process and holding exams in schools, the periodic book stipulates achieving complete discipline within schools and diligent follow-up of the course of the educational process in the various stages of education, while exerting maximum effort to maximize the benefit from its educational roles, and strict insurance for preparatory certificate exams, and preventing any leakage or attempts to cheat. and immediate legal action against those who violate this, as well as the formation of committees at the level of educational departments; To prepare test vocabularies for the first and second grades of general secondary school, according to the specifications of the examination paper prepared by the National Center for Examinations and Educational Evaluation, and to prepare trainers from among the educational directorates - according to the new system in all disciplines - on the formulation of test vocabularies, teaching practices according to each specification, and the mechanism of setting questions To undertake, in turn, the training of teachers at the level of educational departments, and to hold exams for the first and second secondary grades for the first semester at the level of the educational administration according to the specifications set by the National Center for Examinations and Educational Evaluation, where the examination paper includes multiple-choice questions (MCQ) with a rate of (85%) using The tablet, and short say essay questions with a rate not exceeding (15%), which the student answers on paper according to the nature of each academic subject, with an appropriate number of copies of the full exam and a paper back-up. and adoption of the result.

The General Health Insurance Authority in the governorate to issue health certificates for all members of the school meal receiving committees, through the visiting doctor in each school directing the members of each committee to conduct a medical examination according to a letter approved by the school doctor affiliated with the General Authority for Health Insurance.
