The Minister of Education issues a periodical book on the follow-up of the proper progress of the educational process

Today, Dr. Reda Hegazy, Minister of Education and Technical Education, issued a periodic book No. 36 regarding the follow-up of the proper progress of the educational process.
In it, the Minister directed all educational directorates, departments and schools to abide by the following: releasing the names of the deceased teachers, male and female students, on one of the buildings, classrooms, or schools, after coordination with the competent governor; In honor of them, and in their memory.
The serious and continuous follow-up of the directors of the directorates, general managers, and agents of departments in schools to the educational process with all its elements, on a daily basis, and assigning the school director to prepare a report on the school’s status, periodically, and intensifying the daily supervision in schools, especially during the entry and exit of students, and during the recess period, and assigning principals Schools hold a meeting with teachers, to define roles and responsibilities accurately, and sign them.
The periodic book stipulates the distribution of students during entry and exit from school buildings to several exits, so that an exit is allocated for students of the first grades, and another exit for the rest of the students and older female students, taking into account the housing of male and female students in the lower floors; In order to prevent overcrowding, and to preserve the safety of students.
It also stipulated not to operate any school that has maintenance, unless the conditions there are safe, and to refer to the competent authorities immediately after sensing any danger that threatens the security and safety of students, female students, and all its employees.
In the periodic book, the minister stressed the prevention of all forms of violence, corporal punishment, and bullying in schools, the application of the school discipline regulation, and the prohibition of the use of mobile phones for male and female students, while the teacher is prohibited from using the phone permanently while performing his work in the classroom.
The Minister also directed the organization of awareness-raising seminars on the danger of electronic games to our students, immediate reporting of any emergency, immediate and direct communication with the Ministry, in addition to organizing specific dates for meeting parents, and activating electronic curricula in all schools of the Republic.
The periodic book also stipulates fighting rumors because of their negative effects on the stability of the educational process, while investigating accuracy and complete credibility in everything issued by educational institutions.
The Minister also stressed the division of tuition fees for private school students in four installments, and work to support and encourage distinguished practices, in addition to documenting and publishing them to improve the mental image of the school for all, highlighting the most important achievements, uploading them to the pages of educational departments and directorates, and sending them to the Ministry.
In it, the minister stressed the importance of reading and writing in the right way, starting from the first grades, and organizing competitions between classes, schools and administrations in all scientific, sports, artistic and cultural aspects on: (national projects, the achievements of the Egyptian state, climate change, ..... etc. ), honoring the winning students; In order to be an example, and a good role model, under the supervision of the activities and media officials.
In the periodic book, the care and concern for our male students and female students of determination in special education schools and integration schools in all schools of the Republic; So that they have the full opportunity, like their normal colleagues, and take an initiative to learn simple sign language and culture.
Emphasis was also placed on leaving personal disputes at work, upholding the public interest, and placing our dear country Egypt in mind.
Emphasis on not linking the delivery of textbooks to school expenses, activating school groups in accordance with ministerial decisions, and working to attract students to them.
In it, the Minister directed the celebration of Teacher’s Day in the second half of October, and to honor the distinguished elite among them; To be a role model and role model for their colleagues.
