The Minister of Education arrives in Matrouh Governorate to follow up on the governorate’s preparations for the new academic year
Dr. Reda Hegazy and Major General Khaled Shuaib lay the foundation stone for the Rifiya Schools Complex... and inaugurate the Egyptian-Japanese School
Dr. Reda Hegazy, Minister of Education and Technical Education, arrived this Thursday morning at the headquarters of the General Office of Matrouh Governorate at the beginning of a visit to follow up on preparations in schools for the new academic year 2023/2024.
Upon his arrival, the minister was received by the Governorate General Office, Major General Khaled Shuaib, Governor of Matrouh, Major General Yousry Salem, Assistant Minister for the Affairs of the General Authority for Educational Buildings, Major General Ashraf Ibrahim, General Secretary, Amr Shehata, Director of the Directorate of Education, Representative Sahar Eid, Member of the House of Representatives, Representative Gamal Al-Shura, Member of the House of Representatives, and Eng. Tariq Abdullah, general director of educational buildings in the governorate, and a number of mayors and sheikhs of Matrouh.
Dr. Reda Hegazy and Major General Khaled Shuaib are scheduled to lay the foundation stone for the rural schools complex, which includes the Future Generations School from nursery to secondary school, and the Sama Al-Alam School for Basic Education for Girls. The Minister and Governor will also inaugurate the Egyptian-Japanese School in Matrouh Governorate.
At the conclusion of the visit, the Minister holds a meeting with education leaders and directors of educational departments in the governorate to check on preparations for the new academic year.
