"Education" is following up the latest preparations for the technical diploma exams for the 2020/2021 academic year
The Ministry of Education and Technical Education held a video conference with the general directors of technical education at the level of the Republic, as part of the follow-up to the preparations for the technical diploma exams for the academic year 2020/2021, under the directives of Dr. Tariq Shawky, Minister of Education and Technical Education.
Technical diploma examinations (industrial - agricultural - commercial - hotel) are held from Saturday 5/6/2021 and end on Thursday, 6/17/2021 for practical and laboratory examinations, and for the written exams, they will start on Saturday 19/6 / 2021 and ends on Thursday 1/7/2021.
The Ministry stressed on the directors of general technical education the necessity to apply the precautionary measures to the examination process committees in accordance with the decisions of the Council of Ministers in this regard, provided that the number of students does not exceed 14 students in each subcommittee within the committees for the conduct of the examination to preserve the health and safety of students and workers in these committees, indicating that coordination is currently underway. With the Ministry of Health and Population regarding the vaccination of all participants in public examinations against the emerging corona virus disease.
The number of students applying to take the technical diploma examinations this year is 750,000 students, of all types (industrial - agricultural - commercial - hotel - dual education and training), within 3041 examination committees, indicating that the religious education exam will be allowed to take place as well as materials not added to the group. At home, the administration, system and control committees were alerted about this issue.
The Ministry of Education indicated that a plan has been drawn up to transfer and secure the envelopes of questions for technical diploma examinations in coordination with the concerned authorities, and special instructions have been drawn up for the heads of examination committees for exam work, examiners and students, and emphasis is placed on administration, system and control committees by alerting the committees on the conduct of technical diploma examinations. By transferring all violations of cheating by all means, as well as possession of mobile phones and electronic devices that help in cheating within committees, whether with observers or students, or impersonating the student to the legal affairs to implement their affairs through the application of the law and ministerial decisions in this regard that amount to canceling the examination for the student in Article or all of the articles, and up to imprisonment and a fine for everyone who participated in or contributed to the facilitation of fraud.
She indicated that the candidates for the two positions (president - first observer) were selected by a traffic committee, whose number is (6082) members for the first round only, and the management committees prepared the assignments for the participants in the exams for the first round (observers - observers - administrators) with a total of 180,000 members. .
The number of system and control committees for technical diploma examinations in all sectors reached (24) committee, and the number of management committees for technical diploma examinations in all sectors reached (23) committee, and the number of question distribution centers nationwide reached (39) centers.
It is worth noting that the grading work for technical diplomas will begin on Saturday 26/6/2021, and the total number of candidates for grading assessments of all types has reached about 50,000 members.
