The Ministry indicated that the members of the Education Authority will be trained on two training programs, one of which is entitled “Supporting teachers’ skills in developing students’ awareness of climate changes in light of the requirements of sustainable development”, while the second program is entitled “Activating the role of the school principal to develop awareness of climate changes and promote correct practices among students in In light of the requirements of sustainable development,” these training programs come in line with the interest of President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi in Egypt’s hosting of the 27th session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, from 7-18 November 2022 in Sharm El-Sheikh.
In order to unify the efforts of training operations and in order to ensure the teachers’ time and devote them to the educational process during the school year and to complete their training before the start of the school year and to achieve job satisfaction for them, the Minister directed the need to expedite the fulfillment of the requirements for obtaining a certificate of validity and the issuance of the ministerial decision related to this, and to activate the fruitful and constructive cooperation between Professional Academy for Teachers and Training Departments in Educational Directorates Training programs will be held to upgrade training halls in educational departments.
