The Ministry of Education and Technical Education has signed a cooperation protocol with the "Shaghalni Websites" company, to provide job opportunities and training for students and graduates of technical education, within the framework of the state's interest in developing technical education.
The protocol was signed by Dr. Mohamed Megahed, Deputy Minister of Education for Technical Education Affairs, Omar Khalifa, Managing Director of "Shaghalni for Websites", and Engy El Sabban, CEO of Victory Link - Egypt for Software.
In this context, Dr. Muhammad Mujahid, Deputy Minister of Education and Technical Education, said that the Ministry is always working to support all initiatives that contribute to the advancement and upgrading of the technical education system, and to provide the necessary support and assistance to students and graduates of technical education schools of all kinds, especially dual education.
Mujahid stressed the role of technical labor in supporting and upgrading the national economy, and implementing national projects carried out by the Egyptian government in various industrial, urban, agricultural and other fields, in line with Egypt's Vision 2030, and achieving the principles and goals of sustainable development in all fields.
Omar Khalifa, Managing Director of Shaghalni Websites, said that the increasing demand of factories and companies for trained technical workers was noticed through Shaghalni website, and we found it necessary when we nominate those wishing to work for technical jobs, to give priority to technical education graduates due to their eligibility to fill these positions. jobs.
Omar added that we aim with this protocol to provide appropriate job and training opportunities for graduates and students of technical education schools, in order to bridge the gap between technical education and the labor market, and helped us implement this protocol.
Engy El-Sabban, CEO of Victory Link Software - Egypt, expressed her pride in partnering in such an initiative, which is an important step for empowering youth, especially technicians who represent the infrastructure of manpower for any country, and pointed out the importance of this project, which serves 2.5% of the people. It covers 2.5 million young technical workers, and provides them with an ideal platform to access the most suitable jobs that match their technical qualifications.
