Mr. Mohamed Abdel Latif, Minister of Education and Technical Education, received Radwa Mohamed El-Abbasi, a top student with special needs at Al-Nour School for the Blind in Port Said, and her family. The Minister was keen to honor her and her family in appreciation of their dedicated efforts in caring for their daughter.

The Minister engaged in a friendly dialogue with the student about the nature of her studies at the school, her opinion on the current academic year, and her future aspirations.

The student also demonstrated her talent in reciting verses from the Holy Quran and reciting poetry. The Minister praised the student's outstanding talent, emphasizing his commitment to supporting and following up on her academic progress.

The Minister also expressed his thanks and appreciation to the administration of the Al-Nour School for the Blind in Port Said for their role in supporting the student, whom he described as a shining example. He directed that the student's condition be monitored and all her educational and health needs met to ensure the best possible learning environment.

Minister Mohamed Abdel Latif emphasized that this honor represents a symbolic expression of the Ministry of Education's concern for its students with special needs and its commitment to providing them with all means of support to ensure they receive equal educational opportunities, contributing to their integration into society.

Minister Mohamed Abdel Latif continued that this honor also represents appreciation for the student's family, especially the mother, for her hard work, dedication, determination, and perseverance in raising and educating her children, despite the challenges they face.

The Minister explained that mothers are the primary factor in raising children and ensuring their successful educational journey. He saluted every Egyptian mother who makes great sacrifices to create a better future for their children.

For her part, Radwa's mother expressed her happiness and gratitude for this appreciation and support. She said she felt great pride when her daughter achieved this excellence, which is the fruit of her continuous efforts and determination to overcome challenges. She expressed her hope that her daughter would continue to achieve further excellence and success.

She also expressed her gratitude to Minister Mohamed Abdel Latif for his great interest in this group of students and his support, which is a great incentive for students with special needs and their families, reflecting the Ministry's commitment to achieving equality and justice in education.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the Minister presented Radwa with a certificate of appreciation and a symbolic gift in recognition and support of her academic excellence and talent in recitation and memorization of the Holy Quran. He urged her to continue developing her talents.
