On the sidelines of his participation in the Rakaez Conference The Minister of Education meets his Bahraini counterpart to discuss files of joint cooperation

Dr. Reda Hijazi, Minister of Education, met with Dr. Majid bin Ali Al Nuaimi, Minister of Education in the Kingdom of Bahrain, on the sidelines of the third session of the Rakaez Conference under the slogan “Sustainable Education is the Future”, which is organized by the Sharjah Education Council from 12-13 October. .
The meeting touched on discussing files of joint cooperation between the two countries in the field of education, and exchanging visions and experiences.
The Minister participated in the opening of the exhibition accompanying the conference.
The minister also visited the House of Wisdom Library, which was established on an area of ​​12,000 square meters, and includes nearly hundreds of thousands of publications in various disciplines, including 11,000 in different languages, 105,000 paper books, and about 250,000 e-books.
The conference aims to reveal the role that research plays in shaping the future of education and motivating minds to chart the jobs of tomorrow, in response to global changes in work environments, benefiting from information related to the future of education through scholars, researchers and specialists, and bridging the gap between the current practices used in teaching and learning and future practices.
