The Minister of Education approves the results of the second round

Mr. Mohamed Abdel Latif, Minister of Education and Technical Education, approved today, Tuesday, the results of the second round for students of the General Secondary Certificate for the academic year 2023/2024.

The total number of applicants for the second round exams reached 97,002 students, of whom 96,946 students attended, and the number of successful students reached 86,200 students, with a total success rate of 88.92%.

As for the (Science Sciences) division, 57,274 students took the second round exams, of whom 57,236 students attended, and the number of successful students reached 51,036 students, with a total success rate of 89.17%.

As for the (Science and Mathematics) division, 9,907 male and female students took the second round exams, 9,895 of whom attended, and the number of successful students was 8,669 male and female students, with a total success rate of 87.61%. While 29,821 male and female students took the second round exams from the Literary Division, 29,815 of whom attended, and the number of successful students was 26,495 male and female students, with a total success rate of 88.86%.
