"Education" launching a single electronic platform at the level of the Republic for all governorates to register applications for kindergarten and first primary school applications

The Ministry of Education and Technical Education announced the availability of a single electronic platform at the level of the Republic for all governorates to register applications for the kindergarten and first primary stage (for public and official schools, languages), through the Ministry of Education and Technical Education Information Center portal, http://emis .gov.eg; And that is in the period from 6/1/2021 to 30/6/2021, provided that the acceptance and examination of the files of applicants take place during the period from 7/1/2021 to 7/31/2021.

The Ministry has defined the instructions regarding the procedures for applying online as follows:

For formal schools:

A parent can register electronic application requests for more than one school.

Schools can assist the guardian in case of difficulty in electronic registration, and assist in registering the application, along with copies of the child's empowered birth certificate and the original certificate, and the national number card so that the school's information unit officer takes over the registration.

The results of the initial admission are announced through the same application site, and after the announcement, the guardian can go to the school to hand over the paper file of the application.

- The final acceptance result will be announced after examining the paper file and making sure that it is complete.

For official schools, languages

A guardian can submit an application for enrollment, specify the type of education he wishes to apply to, and specify the governorate. The guardian can also register desires to apply to more than one school and only one quality of education.

The guardian is also allowed to amend schools that have been registered as electronic wishes only during the period specified for submission.

The admission result is announced to parents through the same application site.

The Ministry has also defined the procedures for the electronic submission of the first grade, as follows:

For schools, official, private languages ​​(Arabic - languages)

The school adds the students' data through the database, through the electronic form to apply for the first grade of primary school for schools, and the school official will be held legally accountable in the event that all the data of the students applying for the first grade of primary school are not entered.

For international students:
The guardian submits the enrollment papers to the educational administration, where the competent authority reviews the documents, then the data of the arrivals who have been accepted are recorded electronically through the Statistics Department in the educational administration.
