Within the framework of his follow-up to the executive procedures for training successful teachers in the "30,000 teachers competition"

Dr. Reda Hijazi Ali confirmed that this competition is considered to meet the needs of the education sector in terms of human resources by appointing 150,000 teachers distributed over 5 financial years, at a rate of 30,000 teachers for each year. The minister added that the general objective of the educational training is to provide the participants with knowledge, skills and attitudes towards practicing the teaching and learning processes, in order to qualify them educationally and train them on the teaching methods developed according to the new learning system, as the educational directorates will be notified of the controls and procedures of the educational qualification program.

The minister indicated that the successful teachers will receive the educational training program, followed by mental and physical fitness training in the various governorates through the specialized universities, in coordination with the concerned authorities.

The training package for the educational program for successful new teachers in the "30,000 teachers competition" includes four training days. The first day deals with realizing the general framework of teachers' abilities, understanding the age group of learners, and formulating learning outcomes. The second day will deal with teaching strategies, and the third day will deal with technology and promotion. Higher thinking skills, efficient classroom management strategy, and the fourth day deals with extracting the features of education in light of Egypt's vision for education 2030, describing the new education system, evaluating performance, and improving the effectiveness of the new education system in improving teacher and learner practices.
