Dr. Reda Hegazy, Minister of Education and Technical Education, inspected today, Thursday, the mental and physical training program for the successful teachers in the "30,000 Teachers Competition", at the Professional Development Training Center for teachers at Saray El-Kobba Preparatory School for Girls.

During his meeting with the trainees, Dr. Reda Hegazy stressed that education represents a national security issue, which makes it a top priority for the Egyptian state, pointing out that the development of the educational system receives great attention from the political leadership. He also stressed that the teacher represents the most important factor in the success of the educational system.

The minister added that the state spares no effort to provide all forms of support to the educational system, seeking to develop it in all its elements, enhance the quality of its services, and improve the conditions of its employees economically, socially, and professionally, as well as raising the level of educational and educational expertise, as well as the professionalism acquired by teachers and students.

Dr. Reda Hegazy said that the Ministry believes in the importance of the role of the teacher and the need for his professional development in line with the comprehensive development strategy of the educational system. Keeping pace with modern education methods associated with digital transformation and technological breakthroughs, enabling them to build the child's personality and develop his abilities in all aspects of knowledge and skills and prepare him for the future.

Dr. Reda Hegazy indicated that the selection and appointment of teachers goes through many stages to ensure that they possess the necessary skills to succeed in their assigned role, whether educational, technological or cultural, in a manner that guarantees integrity, transparency and fairness in selection, starting with the examinations of the Central Agency for Organization and Administration, and passing through the educational qualification course and the training bag. mental and physical, with the aim of qualifying them for the final exams held by a concerned authority in preparation for their appointment in the various governorates of the Republic, which is directly reflected in the advancement of the educational level of students and the educational system of the state.

In this context, Dr. Reda Hegazy thanked and appreciated the General Administration of Educational Leaders for the efforts made during a short period to prepare and implement an integrated mental and physical training package for new teachers that focused on raising the efficiency of physical and mental fitness, simulating personal interviews, and familiarity with major national projects, as well as planning and following up training. With the aim of preparing the trainees in an institutional and accurate manner without incurring any financial cost, he also expressed his pride in the efforts of the training directors in the educational directorates and various training departments nationwide, as well as the trainers who implemented the training efficiently, effectively and voluntarily.

The minister stressed the importance of the trainee completing the training program and passing the complementary tests held by the concerned authority at a later date for his training, adding that after passing these tests, the executive procedures for the justifications for appointment will start in coordination with the educational directorates.

The minister held a dialogue with the trainees about the training materials they receive and discussed with them how they can benefit from the training and its importance. School, focusing on various educational activities, student interaction, self-reliance, and continuous learning.

The minister also responded to the various inquiries raised by the trainees related to some complementary measures to future procedures, as Dr. Reda Hegazy confirmed that he had followed over the past period all the steps taken by the ministry to complete the training of new teachers, pointing out that the ministry's implementation of the mental and physical training bag For the successful teachers in the "30,000 Teachers Competition", it came within the framework of its keenness to speed up the steps related to their appointment.

Dr. Reda Hijazi stressed, during his dialogue with the trainees, the importance of obtaining information from the General Administration of Educational Leaders and not from any other party in order to receive the correct information in all procedures and next steps.

It is worth noting that the training package for the mental and physical rehabilitation program for new teachers who succeeded in the “30,000 teachers competition” took place over three days. The training topics, during the first day, dealt with developing the values of loyalty and national belonging, introducing national projects and fifth generation wars, while the second day included Physical rehabilitation and raising the physical competence of teachers and effective communication, which was implemented within the stadiums and sports arenas available in the governorates. For the third day, it included training on communication and communication skills, self-development, presentation and presentation skills, and passing the personal interview.
During the visit, the Minister was accompanied by Dr. Ahmed Al-Mohammadi, Assistant Minister for Directorate Affairs, Dr. Rabab Zaidan, Director General of the General Administration of Educational Leaders, Ms. Nadia Abdullah, Head of the Central Administration for Teachers Affairs, and Mr. Ayman Musa, Director of the Directorate of Education in Cairo.
