292,428 male/female students in the Science/Science Division took the “Geology and Environmental Sciences” exam, and 100,453 male/female students in the Science/Mathematics Division took the Pure Mathematics exam “Calculus” on the seventeenth day of the month. High school exams for the current school year 2020/2021, inside 2201 committees at the republic level.
Dr. Reda Hegazy, Deputy Minister for Teachers’ Affairs and Vice-President of the Examination General, was keen to follow up the examination operations in the central operating room of the ministry, and to communicate with the directors of the educational directorates, stressing adherence to the ministry’s instructions, preventive measures and precautionary measures in exam committees before and during exams to ensure the regularity of exams’ conduct. And take all measures to provide a calm and safe environment for students during the examination period.
Hegazy confirmed that the high school exams, on their seventeenth day, went well; Where the central operations room, before the start of the exam, made sure that the question papers had reached all the exam committees in the governorates, and that all stages of work with the high school exams were fully secured, starting with the printing of questions, “Babel Sheet” and passing through their transfer to the question paper distribution centers, then the exam progress committees, and committees system and control.
The Central Operations Room of the Ministry of Education received a report of a number of cases of fatigue, and they were transferred to the hospital, and a report was made by the heads of the committees to preserve their rights to take the exam on the second floor in the actual degree.
The Central Operations Room of the Ministry of Education received several observations, where the anti-electronic fraud team monitored (6) cases of fraud, including (4) publication cases, and (2) fraud cases:
- The student "A.M." was arrested in the administration of West Mansoura, Dakahlia Governorate, due to his possession of a mobile phone, and the photocopy and publication of the exam on the Internet.
The student A.A.A. was arrested in the Dar Al-Salaam administration, Sohag Governorate, for possessing a tablet, photographing and publishing the exam on the Internet.
- The arrest of the student "A.K.A." in the administration of Bab Al-Shaariya in Cairo Governorate, as he filmed and published the exam on the Internet.
- The student "A.M." was arrested in the Ibshaway administration in Fayoum governorate, due to the filming and publishing of the exam on the Internet.
- The student, M.A., in the South Suez Administration, in the Suez Governorate, was arrested for attempting to cheat on a mobile phone, and receiving answers on the Telegram.
- The arrest of the student "M.M.S." in the administration of Hahya, Sharkia Governorate, due to an attempt to cheat with a mobile phone.
The students responsible for this were identified and the necessary legal measures were taken in these cases.
At the conclusion of the high school exams for the academic year 2020/2021, Dr. Reda Hegazy extended his sincere thanks to all educational directorates, sub-operating rooms at the level of the Republic, and to high school students with success and success, and stressed that the operating rooms continue on Tuesday and Thursday in the directorates that have exams for students Schools (the blind), and students of STEM schools.
