Students (second round) of high school take the exams (physics and history) on the fourth day of the high school exams 2020/2021

This morning, students of the certificate of completion of the general secondary school in its literary and scientific divisions at the level of the Republic performed the fourth day of the high school exams for the academic year 2020/2021, the second round, where the high school students in the Scientific Division (Science and Mathematics) took the exam in “Physics” with a total number of 33,158 students / The students of the Literary Division took the “History” exam with a total of 22201 male and female students, and the high school students from the Schools of Excellence (STEM) took the “Concepts Measurements (Applied Mathematics)” exam with a total of 29 male/female students.
Before the start of the exam, Dr. Reda Hegazy, Deputy Minister for Teachers Affairs and Vice President of the Examination, was keen to communicate with all directors of educational directorates present in the local operating rooms, and reassured the presence of representatives of the Ministry of Interior; To secure the headquarters of the traffic committees in all governorates, and directed to abide by the Ministry’s instructions, preventive measures and precautionary measures in the examination committees before and during exams to ensure the regularity of the conduct of exams, and to take all measures to ensure a calm and safe environment for students during the exam period.
He added that the atmosphere of the exam during the fourth day went well and disciplined and without any problems; Where the Central Operations Room, before the start of the exam, made sure that the question papers had reached all exam committees in the governorates, and that all stages of work with the high school exams were fully secured, starting with the printing of questions, “Babel Sheet” and passing through their transfer to the question paper distribution centers, then the exam progress committees, and committees system and control.
The Central Operations Room of the Ministry of Education received several observations, where the anti-electronic fraud team monitored (5) cases of cheating, in addition to a case of impersonation of a student, as follows:
- Cairo Governorate The student (M.H.) was arrested after using a mobile phone to publish one of the parts of the (history) exam questions on the Internet. The used phone was seized and the necessary legal measures were taken against the aforementioned student.
- Sohag Governorate, the student (M.A.) was arrested after using a mobile phone to publish one of the parts of the exam question (history) on the Internet. The used phone was seized and the necessary legal measures were taken against the aforementioned student.
- Menoufia Governorate, the student (A.H.A.) was arrested after using a mobile phone to publish part of the physics exam question on the Internet. The used phone was seized and the necessary legal measures were taken against the aforementioned student.
- Ismailia Governorate, the student (A.G.A.) was arrested after using a mobile phone to publish one of the parts of the (Physics) exam questions on the Internet. The used phone was seized and the necessary legal measures were taken against the aforementioned student.
- Suez Governorate, the student (M.Z.Z) was arrested after using a tablet device to publish part of the physics exam question on the Internet. The used device was seized and the necessary legal measures were taken against the aforementioned student.
- Cairo Governorate, the student (D.Y.A.) was arrested for impersonating the student (T.R.A.) in the physics exam. A police report has been issued against the impersonated student and the necessary legal measures have been taken against her.
It is worth noting that on Wednesday, September 8, 2021, high school students for the second round 2020/2021 will take the "First Foreign Language" exam with a total of 25,929 students.
