Dr. Reda Hegazy, Minister of Education and Technical Education, issued a ministerial decision regarding the evaluation system for transport classes from the sixth primary grade to the second general secondary grade for the academic year 2023/2022.

The decision stipulates that the technical guidance of the study subjects, through the general guidance of the school subjects in the directorate, each in his specialization, starting with the first director of the subject in the educational administration, up to the subject director in charge of the school, indicating that the directors of the educational directorates in the governorates may make the necessary adjustments to the school system according to the conditions of the school system. Regarding the evaluation system, the decision clarified that there will be three tests in one semester: the first test targets the parts of the course that were taught in the first month of the beginning of each semester and are at the school level, and the second test targets the parts of the course that were taught in the second month from the beginning of the year. End-of-Semester Exam: It is at the end of the semester and aims to measure learning outcomes in the entire semester. At the end of the semester, the student obtains the sum of the scores of the two tests (the highest score in the first or second month test) and (the end-of-semester test score).
He explained that the student in the transfer years will have the distribution of his grades in each subject as follows: 80% of the end-of-semester test score + 10% of the month's exam score + 5% on perseverance "discipline" + and 5% on behavior.

He continued: "The students of one semester are divided into groups, the group is not less than three students, and not more than five students, and all research-related work is done in the school, to ensure the actual participation of students, develop their research skills and spread the spirit of cooperation, and the teacher discusses the students and learn about their cooperation and distribution of tasks them and the resources they used.
He added, "Each group submits two research projects throughout the academic year. The first research is delivered two weeks before the exams of the first semester, and the second research is submitted two weeks before the exams of the second semester," noting that a list of the ten best researches will be prepared for each class, and the participating group will be rewarded with it and the administration will be notified. educational institutions, to conduct qualifiers at the level of management schools and escalate at the level of the district to determine the first three places.
The decision concluded, that an item will be added to notify the student of assessing the personal and behavioral aspects, “points of distinction, points that need support,” and the assessment will be done through the opinion of the “leading teacher of the class, members of the student union of the class, and parents,” and an item will be added to assess tendencies and trends through the opinion of Chapter pioneer.
