Today, the Ministry of Education and Technical Education held a meeting with principals of schools of excellence in science and technology (STEM) nationwide, under the auspices of Dr. Science subject development and supervisor of the General Administration for Outstanding Students (STEM).

At the outset of the meeting, Mohamed Attia welcomed the attendees, thanking the principals of the Schools of Excellence in Science and Technology (STEM) for advancing the educational process in those schools and for the efforts made, adding that this meeting came to discuss several points, the most important of which is the preparation for the second semester exams for the first and second grades of secondary school.

Attia explained that good early preparation for exams is the basis for the success of the examination process, stressing the need to work in a spirit of teamwork in all aspects of those schools.

Attia pointed out the need to prepare for the capstone exhibition for the first, second and third grades of secondary school, so that it comes out in an honorable and dazzling manner and achieves accurate evaluation for students. .

For her part, Dr. Aziza Rajab, Director General of Science Development and Supervisor of the General Administration of STEM Affairs, explained the need for each school to clarify its exams needs; In order to be able to work to meet them, and so that there are no obstacles to the examination process, pointing to the need for permanent and rapid communication between the General Administration of Outstanding Students and school principals, so that any problem is resolved immediately, and the need to hold meetings periodically.

It also discussed the procedures for the Capstone exhibition, and what it includes in determining the days, the topics of the submitted projects, the participating students, and the arbitration.

It is worth noting that STEM Schools for Science and Technology are 19 government secondary schools nationwide, which were established with the latest practical equipment, advanced laboratories, equipped classrooms, and laboratories (chemistry, physics, biology, electronics, languages, hydraulics, geology, robotics, computers), innovation labs, dining halls, and study halls.
