The minister added that within the framework of caring for educational leaders, the presidential initiative was announced to select 1,000 school principals from among the most qualified young teachers, as they are given comprehensive training with full residency for a period of 6 months, and those who pass this program will obtain a diploma in educational leadership and national security. .

For his part, Abdel Raouf Allam, Chairman of the Supreme Council of Trustees, Parents and Teachers, praised the decisions of Dr. Reda Hegazy, which fully supported the return of students to schools and the restoration of the educational role of the school, which works to discipline the educational process and restore confidence between the family and the school.
