Dr. Reda Hegazy, Minister of Education and Technical Education, made a surprise visit to the Martyr Karim Ahmed Abdel Fattah Preparatory School for Girls, affiliated with the East Nasr City Educational Administration. This is within the framework of his ongoing tours to monitor the discipline of the good conduct of the educational process, and the regularity and discipline of the conduct of the second semester 2023/2024.

At the beginning of his visit, the Minister inspected the school’s sports day while the first-grade preparatory classes were in the school courtyard, where the Minister stressed activating the school’s sports activity day and practicing various sports. The Minister also directed the continuation of the sports and cultural activity day every week for female students, stressing that this day It helps them focus and understand, contribute to building physical, mental and health fitness, and to discover and nurture talents.

The Minister also inspected the school's music activity, where one of the students performed a patriotic song. The Minister praised the student's talent and encouraged her to practice and develop their talent. He also spoke with the students about the importance of music activity, stressing that it is food for the soul and conscience.

The Minister also inspected one of the second year middle school classrooms while teaching the English language subject, listened to the teacher’s explanation, and discussed with the students how much they benefited from the lesson, stressing the importance of learning the language, mastering it, and developing speaking and communication skills.

In one of the classes of the second year of middle school, the Minister listened to an explanation of the studies subject, and held a dialogue with the students about benefiting from this subject and the importance of learning about history and benefiting from it in the future. He also directed the teacher to convey the information easily and conveniently, to achieve the desired learning outcomes from it.

The Minister also inspected one of the classrooms while explaining the Arabic language subject, and held a dialogue with the students about the lesson and the extent of benefit from it. He urged the students on the importance of reading to learn about vocabulary and meanings.

At the end of the tour, the Minister praised the regularity of study in the school, the cleanliness, and the discipline of the educational process in it. He directed that absenteeism be implemented in the school. He also stressed the regularity of teachers to achieve discipline, and work to attract third year middle school students by providing lectures to them. He also directed that the subjects be announced in the school. Educational and training programs made available by the Ministry through its website for female students to view and benefit from to help them understand and achieve academic achievement.
