Minister of Education follows up on the regularity of the educational process in Ismailia Governorate)

Mr. Mohamed Abdel Latif, Minister of Education and Technical Education, today conducted a surprise inspection tour of five schools affiliated with the Tal Al-Kabir and Al-Qassasin educational administrations in Ismailia Governorate; To follow up on the regularity of the school year.

The Minister was accompanied during his tour by Dr. Ahmed Al-Mohammadi, Assistant Minister for Strategic Planning and Follow-up.

The Minister began his inspection tour by visiting schools affiliated with the Tell El-Kebir Education Administration, where he inspected the "Ahmed Orabi Elementary School", which includes 868 male and female students in the primary stage, and 130 male and female students in the kindergarten stage, where he was briefed on the nature of the student density in the school, and was keen to review the weekly evaluation grades for some subjects, in addition to following up on the students' notebooks and homework, and he also conducted a dialogue with the students about their academic achievement and their benefit from the weekly evaluations and monthly tests.

The Minister directed sending daily follow-up committees for a month to the school to follow up on the improvement of the students' level in reading, writing and mathematics.

Following that, the Minister headed to inspect the "Tell El-Kebir Official Languages" School, which includes 624 male and female students, where the Minister was keen, during his inspection of the classes, to follow up on the notebooks and school homework, and to ensure the regularity of students' attendance and review the absence rates, directing thanks to the school principal for what he witnessed of the regularity of the educational process.

The Minister then headed to Nasser Elementary School, which includes 369 male and female students in the primary and kindergarten stages, where the Minister was briefed on the students' commitment to attendance, and also followed the explanation of one of the teachers inside a classroom for fifth grade primary students, where he praised the students' academic level and the school's commitment to implementing the mechanisms regulating the educational process.

As part of the inspection tour, Minister Mohamed Abdel Latif visited schools affiliated with the Qassasin Educational Administration, where he visited the Qassasin Secondary Mixed School, which includes 1,292 male and female students.

During his inspection of one of the classes, the Minister was keen to discuss with first-year secondary school students the extent of their comprehension of lessons inside the classroom, and reviewed the class notebooks and homework, and the extent of commitment to weekly assessments, and listened to an explanation from one of the teachers on the smart board.

At the end of his inspection of the school, the Minister directed the rapid transfer of the technological infrastructure from the old building to a modern building attached to the school to reduce the percentage of student densities inside the new classes.

At the end of his tour, the Minister headed to the "New Qassasin Mixed Preparatory School", where, during his inspection of the school's classrooms, he was keen to follow up on the class notebooks and homework, and the grades and absence records, and he also followed up on the academic level of a group of students.

Minister Mohamed Abdel Latif confirmed the continuation of his intensive tours of various schools in the Republic to follow up on the achievement of a disciplined educational process and the benefit of students inside the classrooms, in addition to following up on the effective use of resources to meet the educational needs of students and ensure that they receive high-quality education.
