"Education" is preparing a training bag entitled "Techniques of Formulating Experimental Vocabulary" for mentors and teachers of basic subjects for the basic education stage.

The Ministry of Education and Technical Education held a meeting with directors of training departments from several governorates; To present a training bag entitled "Techniques of Formulating Experiential Vocabulary" for mentors and teachers of basic subjects for the basic education stage; This is within the framework of the expansion of the programs of the National Center for Examinations and Educational Evaluation, and in light of the continuous updating of training programs.
The meeting was chaired by Dr. Reda Hegazy, Deputy Minister of Education and Technical Education for Teachers’ Affairs, in the presence of Dr. Ramadan Mohamed Ramadan, Director of the National Center for Examinations and Educational Evaluation, Dr. Ahmed Fahim, Head of the Training and Media Department at the National Center for Examinations and Educational Evaluation, and Dr. Inam Muhammad, representing the Professional Academy for Teachers.
Dr. Reda Hegazy emphasized that we aim to spread the culture of tests that measure higher-order thinking skills that help the student to solve problems, noting that training is an organized activity that aims to bring about a set of changes in the individual and the group that is being targeted, stressing that the training package is the executive plan for the training process. Actual by preparing the scientific material, activities and procedural steps necessary to meet the training needs.
Dr. Reda Hegazy also explained that today the training bag is being discussed on "Techniques of Formulating Test Vocabulary", noting that the training targets mentors and teachers of basic subjects for the basic education stage, and this is done under the supervision of the training departments in the governorates in cooperation with the National Center for Examinations and Educational Evaluation, and the Professional Academy for Teachers. .
For his part, Dr. Ramadan Mohamed Ramadan said that the ministry supports and cares about the issue of professional development for teachers, and provides training programs at the highest levels, to benefit mentors and teachers, noting that the ministry is proceeding with its development plan, starting from the kindergarten stage to the primary stage, and the evaluation system has been changed to suit with Ministry plan.
During the meeting, the Training Department in Cairo presented the training package "Techniques for Formulating Test Vocabulary" and aims to develop the skills of mentors and teachers of basic subjects on the techniques of drafting test vocabulary and how to build the achievement test, which is implemented over three training days, where the first day includes measuring learning outcomes. On the second day, building the test vocabulary, in addition to the third day building the achievement test. It was also agreed on the mechanisms for implementing the bag in all governorates of the Republic.
