Dr. Reda Hegazy, Minister of Education and Technical Education, issued a ministerial decision granting the necessary certificate of authority to transfer 1,512 teachers and specialists to corresponding positions.

The ministerial decision stipulated that the occupants of the positions of the specialized qualitative group for education, as of 1/1/2023, and the technical qualitative group for education - regardless of their financial grades - will be granted positions including teachers in charge of teaching, social workers, psychologists, technology specialists, journalism and media specialists, librarians and others. He held one of these positions, and was attached to work in management positions in schools, departments, and educational directorates (who fulfilled the established professional development programs and requirements approved by the Professional Academy for Teachers) - the necessary certificate of authority for transfer to the corresponding position.

The decision also stipulated that the occupants of the (third degree with two years’ seniority) be transferred to the position of (teacher/specialist), and the occupants of the second degree shall be transferred to the position of (first teacher/senior specialist), and the occupants of the first degree shall be transferred to the position of (first teacher “A”/specialist). The first “A”), and holders of the rank of General Manager are transferred to the position of (Expert Teacher/Expert Specialist).

The decision indicated that the governors - each within the scope of his competence - would issue the necessary decisions to transfer teachers and others mentioned in the decision to the position due to each of them, and grant them the prescribed accreditation allowance, after verifying that they fulfill the remaining requirements for filling the positions to which they are transferred, taking into account that The order of seniority among those transferred to one job according to their previous status, provided that they are granted the accreditation allowance assigned to them, starting from the month following the issuance of the decision of the competent governor.
