The Ministry of Education and Technical Education concluded the activities of the third phase of training of trainers and technical training for transfer of expertise in the field of quality management in technical education.
This came in line with the vision of the Ministry of Education and Technical Education to achieve the objectives of the national strategy to reform and develop technical education and advance it locally, regionally and globally, and shift towards better technical education TE2.0 to meet the needs of the labor market and improve its quality in line with international quality standards.
Dr. Mohamed Mujahid, Deputy Minister of Technical Education, said that the technical education sector has completed the implementation of the third phase of preparing and qualifying (51) transfers of expertise in the field of quality improvement and management in cooperation with the Technical Support Project for the Comprehensive Technical Education Initiative with Egypt (TCTI), which is implemented by the German Agency for International Cooperation. (GIZ).
The program included extensive preparation and training on planning, quality management, evaluation tools, follow-up and quality review, in addition to project implementation and management mechanisms. The program also dealt with developing trainees' skills in the field of training and designing and developing training materials.
The training program included a group of teachers and members of technical guidance in the various types of technical education sector in the Ministry of Education and Technical Education to become qualified conveyors of expertise to follow up the implementation of quality improvement plans in technical schools supported by the project, and support the digitization of quality management and follow-up processes; In addition to training new mentors on quality tools, how to monitor and evaluate them, and follow up on training plans.
