Education organizes training on quality assurance and institutional accreditation in schools of applied technology
The Ministry of Education and Technical Education organized a training program for principals of applied technology schools and quality officials on quality assurance and institutional accreditation in applied technology schools, starting from Tuesday, 12/6/2022, until Saturday, corresponding to 12/10/2022, as part of a series of programs. Training that the unit implements for all workers in applied technology schools, during which managers and quality officials are trained in 17 schools of applied technology schools in the governorates of Greater Cairo, in light of the directives of Dr. Mohamed Megahed, Deputy Minister for Technical Education, and the supervision of Dr. Amr Basila, Head of the Central Administration for the Development of Technical Education, and Director of the Operation and Management Unit of Applied Technology Schools.
In this context, Dr. Amr Basila, Head of the Central Administration for the Development of Technical Education, and Director of the Applied Technology Schools Operation and Management Unit, said that the ministry pays great attention to the administrators and teachers of applied technology schools, as they are the main pillar for the success of the system, and accordingly the unit provides periodic training to enhance their skills and strengthen their capabilities. and provide them with developments in the educational systems applied around the world; In order to enrich the educational process in schools of applied technology, pointing out that with regard to the training program for quality assurance and institutional accreditation of schools of applied technology, it is intended to provide it during the next few days to the directors and officials of the quality of applied technology schools in the rest of the governorates of the Republic, and by the end of the training, the trainee will be able to identify the stages Qualifying the school for accreditation, identifying performance gaps, and improving and following-up plans, in addition to the ability to design follow-up and performance improvement plans according to the results of self-evaluation, and training is carried out by a group of trained teachers.
