Dr. Reda Hegazy, Minister of Education and Technical Education, today issued Ministerial Resolution No. (247) for the year 2022, granting 3,283 social workers, psychologists, technology specialists, and journalism and media specialists - who have fulfilled professional development programs and the requirements for granting a certificate of validity necessary for transfer to other specializations and subjects. .
The ministerial decision stipulates that members of the Education Authority who hold the positions of teachers and all equivalent positions of social workers, psychologists, technology specialists, and media and press specialists - who have fulfilled the professional development programs and the requirements approved by the Professional Academy for Teachers - shall be granted a certificate of validity necessary for transfer to majors and other subjects. , and the various educational positions and stages in accordance with the provisions of Law No. (155) of 2007, its amendments, its executive regulations and Ministerial Resolution No. (41) of 2020, amounting to (3283), whereby the members of the Education Authority referred to are transferred by the job rank they are restricted to, in accordance with the provisions of the law No. (155) of 2007 and its amendments, and its executive regulations.
The decision also stipulates that vocational training teachers in industrial technical education who hold a diploma in complementary studies and hold a higher educational qualification or a qualification suitable for teaching in industrial technical education - during service - shall be transferred to teachers of scientific practical subjects together, while maintaining the job grade they are enrolled in.
