Minister of Education and Technical Education heads to the United Kingdom

Mr. Mohamed Abdel Latif, Minister of Education and Technical Education, headed to the British capital, London, today, on a visit aimed at enhancing cooperation between Egypt and the United Kingdom in the field of pre-university education and developing educational policies.
The visit is scheduled to include a number of meetings with education officials in the United Kingdom, and inspectors from the "Ofsted" authority responsible for education quality standards, in addition to field visits to prestigious educational institutions with the aim of reviewing the development of testing and school learning systems and exchanging experiences and visions on best practices in measuring school effectiveness, and best practices in using artificial intelligence in measuring student progress, as well as reviewing the latest teaching methods and educational integration for people with special needs.
Minister Mohamed Abdel Latif's meetings during the visit also include a coordination meeting with the British Council to determine mechanisms to enhance cooperation more effectively during the coming period.
Minister Mohamed Abdel Latif's visit to London comes after a visit to the German capital, Berlin, during which he held intensive meetings with a number of officials to strengthen cooperation ties in joint projects related to the pre-university education sector.
