“Education” Preparing a training package for school principals on activating the school’s role in developing values ​​and respect for others

The Ministry of Education and Technical Education held a meeting with directors of training departments in educational directorates at the level of all governorates. It was chaired by Dr. Reda Hegazy, Deputy Minister of Education and Technical Education for Teachers’ Affairs; This is within the framework of the Ministry's follow-up to the training of teachers and employees of the educational system, and in light of the continuous updating of training programs in this regard.
Dr. Reda Hegazy stressed the need for workers in the educational system in the school community to be equipped with the knowledge and skills that help and direct them to contribute to preparing a generation that is beneficial to its religion, nation and country, by strengthening the basics necessary for this generation, including information, correct behavior and a broad culture; To complete the building with this great role, care was taken to prepare exercises that include the needs of the teacher in the field to develop his educational capabilities and expertise.
During the meeting, a proposal for the training bag for training on the values ​​and respect for others approach was discussed for school principals. The general objective of the training bag entitled “Activating the school’s role in developing values ​​and respect for the other” was defined to train school principals, and these values ​​include (love, compassion, and respect). , honesty, mastery, and perseverance).
The meeting also included setting the sub-objectives of the training program, which included defining the importance of values ​​and respect for the other, and the school principal’s planning to integrate values ​​and respect for the other within the various school activities in the school, and the school’s message includes values ​​and respect for the other, and the extent of the director’s keenness on the commitment of the employees to establish values ​​and respect for others among the employees. In the school through meetings and seminars held by the school principal, the principal follows up the school’s staff in achieving values ​​and respect for others, and documenting success stories in this field.
During the meeting, the training plan, work mechanism and all procedures for the training bag were discussed.
It is worth noting that the book “Values ​​and Respect for the Other” was taught to students of the new education system, and that the book includes a set of values, “including the value of mercy, love, respect, honesty, mastery and other values ​​that contribute to the formation of the student’s personality and behavior.
