Within the framework of the directives of Dr. Reda Hegazy, Minister of Education and Technical Education, to organize trips for school students to the Cairo International Book Fair in its 54th session, and to encourage them to read, read and participate in various artistic, cultural and social events and activities, the Central Administration for Student Activities in the Ministry organized daily participations for school students from various governorates of the Republic. In the exhibition throughout its holding period, whether through trips or participation in artistic, cultural and social activities, bringing the daily participation rate of school students to 10,000 students.

In this context, the Ministry of Education and Technical Education reviews the various participations of school students from several governorates throughout the period of the Cairo International Book Fair, which concludes its activities today, as the General Administration of Physical and Military Education organized many sports shows, guiding paragraphs, karate and gymnastics shows, as well as participating In presenting many songs and artistic paragraphs, including (in books we read, let’s preserve our environment, the sweetest name in existence), in addition to presenting presentations on the climate issue, and the “Get Green” initiative. The participating students also presented 4 national operettas, in addition to presenting 4 Plays about climate change and its impact on the globe, and how to preserve trees and the environment. The participating students also presented 16 sports performances during the exhibition period.
Students from the governorates of Cairo, Giza, Qalyubia, Alexandria, Port Said and Damietta participated in these performances.
The General Administration of Libraries also organized the Library Stars Competition during the exhibition, in addition to the participation of students from the governorates of Cairo, Gharbia, Kafr El-Sheikh, Qalyubia, Menoufia, Ismailia, New Valley, Giza, Matrouh, and Beni Suef, in some cultural meetings related to the national project for reading and watching performances. artistic and cultural.
In parallel, the General Administration of Cultural, Artistic and Social Activities organized a number of school trips to the exhibition at the level of the governorates of Cairo, Giza, Qalyubia, and Western Menoufia, with the aim of providing students with scientific, literary and cultural information.
