The Ministry of Education announces the launch of the (Victory of October) competition to develop loyalty and belonging among students

Within the framework of the Ministry’s interest in developing loyalty and belonging to the homeland among students, and in light of the directives of Dr. Reda Hegazy, Minister of Education and Technical Education, to pay attention to and care for distinguished students, the Ministry of Education and Technical Education sent a letter to the educational directorates regarding the Ministry’s launch of the (October Victory) competition inspired by the documentary film (Facts Victory), at the level of schools in the Republic.
The competition includes several fields: (an artistic competition for the best poetry recitation that embodies the October War, a cultural competition for the best wall newspaper entitled (The Great October Victory), and a literary competition for the best short story entitled (The Great October Victory)).
With regard to the conditions of the competition, the letter indicated that the competition is presented to all schools and educational departments affiliated to the Directorate, and each school selects and announces one winner in each of the areas of the competition (poetry recitation - wall newspaper - short story), and sends the winning works to the educational department in The deadline is 12/22/2022, and the winning school is selected in each of the artistic field (poetry recitation), the cultural field (the wall newspaper), and the literary field (the short story) by the educational administration by a date no later than 12/29/2022, through a CD Compact (CD), provided that the educational department collects the winning submitted works from all schools, and the necessary committees are formed for each competition to choose one winner in each of the three areas of the competition, and the names of the winners and compact discs (CDs) are sent to the Directorate of Education by 2023 1/12/, and the Directorate of Education collects the works sent by the winning educational departments in each of the three areas of the competition from all schools, and the names of the winners and CDs are sent to the Ministry no later than 1/2023/ 19.
The letter stated that the central administration of student activities will be provided with follow-up reports of the stages of implementing the competition, and arbitration committees will be formed from specialists in those fields (artistic, cultural and literary), and the necessary specialized committees will be formed to select the ten winning centers in each of the three areas of the competition. Organizing the closing ceremony in one of the theaters affiliated with the Ministry to honor the winning students in the three fields, present the winning works and discuss with them the extent of their understanding and assimilation of the great October victory, and it will be announced in due course.
As for the competition prizes, valuable financial prizes will be distributed to the winners in all areas of the competition, as well as to all winning schools.
The competition will be announced on all social media platforms and its prizes will be announced. It will also be announced on TV channels, talking about it and its goals, and announcing the huge prizes awaiting the winners. The winners will also be hosted on various TV channels.
