Today, the Ministry of Education and Technical Education held a meeting with directors of the general public for various academic subjects, and directors of coordination departments in educational departments and directorates in various governorates through video conference technology. To discuss the mechanisms of implementing the governance and digitization of coordination departments in educational directorates, in line with the country's vision 2030.

This came in the presence of Dr. Reda Hegazy, Deputy Minister for Teacher Affairs, Dr. Randah Shaheen, Head of the Public Education Sector, Dr. Magdy Amin, Director of the Professional Academy for Teachers, Dr. Hassan Al-Jawish, Director of the General Administration for the Advancement Authority of the Academy, and Ms. Nadia Abdullah, Director General of the General Administration for the Coordination of Public Education.

At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Reda Hegazy congratulated the teachers who were promoted by Ministerial Resolution No. (247) as of 1/1/2020, which is a qualitative leap, after taking into account the legal date of promotion.

He pointed out that within the framework of achieving Egypt's vision 2030 in relation to the digital transformation plan, building Egypt and enhancing the development of the technological infrastructure, an electronic application was prepared to govern and digitize the operations of coordination departments in educational directorates, and link them to the general departments of coordination in the ministry, to find out the rates of deficit and increase in teachers in the various educational directorates. And update the data up-to-date through the electronic application prepared by the Ministry of Education and Technical Education for this purpose.

Hegazy stressed the importance of achieving job satisfaction for teachers by emphasizing the implementation of Ministerial Resolutions (40 and 41) for the year 2020, and stressed that officials in human resources and coordination departments in directorates take the necessary measures to implement the two aforementioned decisions.

The Deputy Minister directed the importance of clarifying the requirements for changing job titles and announcing them to everyone. In order for the teacher to know when he has the right to change his job title, directing that the General Administration for Coordination, in cooperation with the coordination officials in the directorates, clarify these requirements, and ensure that all teachers reach the decisions related to this matter, including the two ministerial decisions referred to, and that each directorate and educational department restrict teachers to disability and increase And send it to the General Administration for coordination in the ministry.

He also stressed the importance of training teachers whose job titles are changed. To ensure the level of good performance, pointing out that teaching is a creative process and the teacher must feel job satisfaction in order to give the teaching creativity that we aim to achieve, pointing out that the ministry has allowed the work of equal and unequal allowance, to treat the problem of financial grades, to facilitate the teachers.

The Deputy Minister directed that it is necessary to address the educational directorates with the administrative order issued by the Central Organization for Organization and Administration, which states that it is permissible to delegate the teacher after four years.

For her part, Dr. Randah Shaheen, Head of the Public Education Sector, expressed her happiness with the achievement achieved in the teachers' file, taking into account the social dimension to them, stressing the importance and status of kindergarten and primary school teachers as they are the most important foundation stages in the child's life and need specialized capabilities and qualifications, as she pointed out. The ministry is already interested in this file and is seeking attention to teachers of this stage due to the effort made in it, and that there is a plan to qualify and train teachers during the coming period.

Dr. Magdy Amin indicated that the Academy seeks to provide everything that contributes to the facilitation of the gentlemen, stressing the need to take into account the need for teachers who wish to change the job title in the programs that the Professional Academy provides to teachers, in all disciplines, in order to pass the exams, stressing the importance of his qualification allowing the change of title Career.

Professor Nadia Abdullah confirmed that all teachers' data is available through an electronic database available at the educational directorates and departments and is updated first-hand, noting that the members of coordination in educational departments and new directorates will be trained on all coordination work, and directed to activate the electronic submission to fill the positions of the administration School and technical guidance in July of every year.

Dr. Hassan Al-Jawish said that the Teachers' Professional Academy, in cooperation with the General Administration for Coordination, prepared the proposals of the two ministerial decisions, which were already issued, and stressed the importance of implementing Article 4 of Ministerial Resolution No. 40 of 2020 regarding the importance of canceling the reappointment of teachers who hold posts of high qualification. While serving and resettling them to the same position held by their peers, with the same seniority, with the registration of higher qualifications in their status papers, and allowing them to apply for positions of school leadership and guidance, in order to encourage them.
