 Dr. Reda Hegazy, Minister of Education and Technical Education, visited Dakahlia Governorate; To follow up on the progress of the preparatory certificate exams in the governorate.

The minister was accompanied during the visit by Dr. Ayman Mukhtar, Governor of Dakahlia, Nasser Shaaban, Director of the Directorate of Education in the governorate, Hisham Jaafar, Director General of Legal Affairs in the Ministry, Wael Shaarawy, Director General of Financial and Administrative Guidance, and a committee of legal affairs and financial and administrative guidance in the Ministry.

The Minister inspected the progress of the preparatory certificate exams at Shajarat El Dor Preparatory School for Girls affiliated to the West Mansoura Educational Administration, where the students take the social studies exam, and reassured the Minister of the level of the exam, stressing that the Ministry’s keenness to discipline the progress of the educational process primarily targets the students’ interest, and that all decisions The measures taken by the Ministry, especially with regard to the conduct of examinations, emphasize the need to create a suitable environment for students to perform examinations and to achieve justice and equal opportunities.

The minister also inspected a number of committees inside the school, where he made sure that the students' data was written correctly, the data review card, and the observers' signature on it.

The minister and the governor also inspected the control inside the school, and the minister was briefed on the minutes of opening the question papers, and making sure of the timing of their opening. He also made sure that the administration stamped the question papers and absence forms. On control and confidentiality work.

The minister also made sure within the school’s control of the number of committees inside the school, and the number of papers inside the envelopes, so that they are delivered within the committee, and distributed to students in a way that does not allow circulation or fraud. The minister stressed the lack of tolerance with any fraud cases that are monitored and that all legal measures are taken in their regard.

After that, the minister and the governor went to the follow-up of the committee of Dr. Ahmed Zewail Preparatory School for Girls affiliated to the East Mansoura Educational Administration, and the minister made sure that the envelopes of questions were opened on time, and the minutes of handing in questions and signing it, and he also inspected a number of school committees, and was assured of the exam level.

Dr. Reda Hegazy also visited the Elementary School of Science and Faith affiliated to the West Mansoura Educational Administration, where he inspected a number of committees inside the school and was assured of the integrity of the procedures and instructions for the examination process.
